It is available in a variety of product shapes with different backers and patterns for numerous applications. It is available in metal & resin bond. KGS Flexis® 21: Metal bond - +/- 2 mm ø per dot, 16 dots / cm2, coarse grits, extra flexibility, aggressive cutting action, improved coolant flow, increased swarf removal. KGS Flexis® 18: Metal bond - +/- 0,7 mm ø per dot,120 dots / cm2, medium to fine grits, fine finishes., Quadroflex, TelumKGS Telum® Strong interlocking arrow pattern, specifically developed for heavy stock removal and finishing. Ideal for grinding on the slack of the bel ts and for grinding surface with sharp edges. This pattern with lines in all directions, has always contact with the work piece ensuring a high level of comfort grinding due to no soldiering. The structure of the pattern ensures good heat dissipation. KGS Telum® T1: Metal bond, connected arrows, closed pattern, medium-fine grits, mainly used for discs. KGS Telum® T2: Metal bond, more open pattern, not connected arrows, giving higher flexibility and stock removal, for high performance belt grinding, glass arrissing.
